Role overview

The role will cover EV, ICP, and wider electrical works, with responsibility for managing projects through the full lifecycle from early survey and pre-construction activity through to delivery, energisation, and final handover. This role is suited to a technically strong, commercially aware, client-facing project manager who can take ownership of delivery, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive performance across subcontractor teams. A background working within an ICP environment is essential, and experience working with UKPN as an ICP is strongly preferred.
Key responsibilities
- The Electrical Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across all works that fall within an ICP's remit, alongside EV and wider electrical packages.
- This will include overseeing projects from initial survey, scope review, and pre-construction coordination through to installation, DNO and IDNO liaison, energisation planning, commissioning, and handover.
