You will act as a trusted execution partner to clients, understanding their trading objectives and working closely with Virtu’s sales and trading teams to deliver high-quality execution and grow our European OTC business.You will:Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, ETF issuers and other ETF stakeholders across Europe.Onboard clients and provide them with relevant market colour, liquidity insights and pre- and post-trade analysis.Manage client orders throughout the execution lifecycle and deliver high-quality outcomes, including working with principal traders and algorithmic execution of orders.Take a consultative approach, identifying the execution strategies and solutions that best meet clients’ needs.Identify new areas of growth.Be responsible for growing and elevating the European OTC business.THE CANDIDATE At least 3 years of experience in institutional sales, sales trading or capital markets.Experience developing and managing relationships with institutional investors.Fluency in English and either Italian or German is essential.
