We have been nominated by APSCo Germany as one of the staffing companies of the year in 2023 & 2024 (start-up & growth) and expanding due to successful year-on-year growth and are seeking dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team.
We are looking for ambitious 360 Contract Recruiters who are passionate about building their own market, developing long-term client relationships, and growing a successful desk. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
- Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement
Your Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience ideally in technology or contract markets (2 yrs min)
- Experience within European Contract recruitment (Preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Happy working in a predominantly xgikmsk phone-based working environment
- German speaking, or other European languages, are a bonus but not required
