Your Key Responsibilities
- -You will do 360 recruitment end to end recruitment i. e. source your own clients and candidates
- -Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
- -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- -Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
- -Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
- -Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from xgikmsk lead generation to placement
