We are seeking dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team.
We are looking for ambitious 360 Contract Recruiters who are passionate about building their own market, developing long-term client relationships, and growing a successful desk. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment where hard work is recognised and success is rewarded.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and manage contract/freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
- Negotiate, organise, and finalise assignments and offers between candidates and clients
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement
Your Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience ideally in technology or contract markets (12 month minimum)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Happy working in a predominantly phone-based working environment
- German speaking, or other European languages, are a bonus but not required
