VirtoTech is a leading contract recruitment agency based in London Bridge, specializing in providing contract technology resources to clients in Europe.
We were awarded the APSCo Germany Staffing Company year 2024 (Growth) and were nominated in the start-up category in 2023 & 2024. We are expanding due to successful year-on-year growth and are seeking four dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team.
Whilst previous contract recruitment experience within Europe would be preferred, we welcome applicants with previous Sales / Commercial experience who are happy to be trained.
These roles are to start February 3rd 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
- Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Sales role
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in technology or contract markets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Happy working in a predominantly phone-based working environment
- German speaking, or other European languages, are a bonus but not required
