Please note this is a sales role and on-site / office based 5 days a week.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will do 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment – i.e. source your own clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
- Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Happy working in a predominantly phone-based working environment
