Description: Join our front-line operations team and help drive the smooth execution of trades across global markets. You’ll be responsible for post-trade support, error resolution, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile trade activity in real time
- Resolve trade breaks and support order execution issues
- Work closely with liquidity providers and internal teams
- Assist in margin monitoring and risk-related alerts
- Maintain operational documentation and workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years in trading operations or middle-office role
- Knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and derivatives markets
- Familiar with FIX protocols, MT4/MT5, or DXtrade (a plus)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under market pressure
