Viridor is seeking an Auxiliary Plant Operator for our Beddington Energy Recovery Facility. The role covers a 40-hour week on a 12‑week rolling rota with days and nights (06:00–06:00).
You will monitor plant performance, operate equipment, and support safe, reliable operation across boiler house and turbine hall. The ideal candidate has experience in process or manufacturing environments, operates mobile plant, and holds a UK driving licence, GCSEs in English and Maths, plus strong communication
