Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Glasgow City for an Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation (E,C&I) Technician. The E,C&I Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems. Key tasks include maintaining motor control systems, ensuring proper process control operation, and resolving faults in instrumentation systems to optimize facility performance and safety. Collaboration with operational teams and adherence to health and safety standards will also be integral aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Motor Control systems and associated maintenance
- Ability to manage and optimize Process Control systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Expertise in Instrumentation and Calibration to ensure system accuracy and functionality
- Experience in maintaining safety and compliance standards in a technical environment
- Recognized qualification in Electrical, Control, or Instrumentation engineering
- Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
