Viridor is seeking a Plant Manager for the Ardley Energy Recovery Facility, working 37.5 hours weekly (Mon–Fri). You will lead a dedicated on-site team to achieve safety, reliability and availability targets while managing the site budget and P&L and reporting performance.
The ideal candidate has extensive senior-level people management in a large technical environment, strong financial acumen, and experience implementing corporate systems and governance.
