We have a new opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our team, based in Ardley, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role will be competitive per year with participation in an annual bonus scheme, and a car allowance, in addition to our great range of benefits.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Fuel Contracts Manager to manage and optimise fuel supply contracts across Local Authority, Commercial & Industrial, and Merchant sectors. You’ll ensure full compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and commercial standards while maintaining high performance and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all fuel supply contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
  • Monitor contract performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop risk registers and contingency plans for supply continuity
  • Work closely with site teams, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure fuel quality and delivery
  • Source fuel to meet volume, price, and quality targets
  • Maintain accurate records and act as the main contact for all contractual matters
  • Support and deputise for the Head of Contracts as needed
