The predicted salary is between 75000 - 75000 £ per year.

The role is a 3‑year fixed‑term contract, working 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Fri) with weekends during outages. Salary: approximately £75,000 per year, plus car allowance and participation in an annual bonus scheme, along with a range of benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Support and deliver engineering changes that increase Maximum Continuous Rating (MCR) across Energy Recovery Facilities.
  • Work with OEMs, contractors, site teams, and central engineering to develop technical solutions, integrate projects into outages, manage contractor performance, and ensure all changes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct site visits, HAZOP reviews, produce Management of Change documentation, and attend acceptance tests (including overseas).
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong engineering and maintenance knowledge in process or power industries.
  • Understanding of pressure parts legislation and project management practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing contractors and delivering complex engineering projects.
Desirable
  • CMMS knowledge, ISO 55001 awareness, managerial qualification (ILM or equivalent).
