The role is a 3‐year fixed‐term contract, working 37.5 hours per week (Mon‐Fri) with weekends during outages.
Salary: approximately £75,000 per year, plus car allowance and participation in an annual bonus scheme, along with a range of benefits.

Responsibilities- Support and deliver engineering changes that increase Maximum Continuous Rating (MCR) across Energy Recovery Facilities.
- Work with OEMs, contractors, site teams, and central engineering to develop technical solutions, integrate projects into outages, manage contractor performance, and ensure all changes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Conduct site visits, HAZOP reviews, produce Management of Change documentation, and attend acceptance tests (including overseas).
- Strong engineering and maintenance knowledge in process or power industries.
- Understanding of pressure parts legislation and project management practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation, problem‐solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing contractors and delivering complex engineering projects.
- CMMS knowledge, ISO 55001 awareness, managerial qualification (ILM or equivalent).
- Commitment to Health & Safety responsibilities.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
