We have a new opportunity for a Contract Manager/Account Manager to join our team, based in Thameside (in Tilbury Docks), working 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri). Competitive salary, with annual bonus scheme, and a car allowance (£6,500 per annum). This role will be based in Tilbury, with an opportunity for hybrid working – this will be discussed further at interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all fuel supply contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
  • Monitor contract performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop risk registers and contingency plans for supply continuity
  • Work closely with site teams, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure fuel quality and delivery
  • Source fuel to meet volume, price, and quality targets
  • Maintain accurate records and act as the main contact for all contractual matters
  • Support and deputise for the Head of Contracts as needed
