Viridor Limited is seeking a Head of People Services for an 18-month FTC with hybrid UK-based work and site visits across the country. You will lead a scalable people services function, turning the People Plan into measurable delivery in partnership with Finance, Technology and leadership teams.
You will design policies, manage HR systems and data governance, and drive analytics, career and capability frameworks, ensuring compliant, efficient employee experiences across all sites.
