Viridor is at the forefront of waste management and resource recovery in the UK, operating the largest network of Energy Recovery Facilities (ERFs). We have an opportunity in Ardley for a Day Fuel Reception Operative to join our team working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of early and late shifts, and working one Saturday in seven. The salary for this role will be £36,567 per year, plus shift and location allowance, and participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of the fuel reception and plant areas of the ERF
- Traffic management
- Operating heavy plant and forklift trucks
- Operate weighbridge, plant checks and site cleaning duties
- Tipping Hall management
