Position Title: Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator Location: Hybrid (remote work with 2–3 days on-site per week), Manchester Reports to: UK Operations Manager Role Overview We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role combines operational logistics with administrative sales support to ensure smooth order fulfillment, effective communication, and excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Logistics Coordination: * Manage day-to-day logistics, including coordinating shipments and maintaining stock levels. * Liaise with suppliers, freight carriers, and warehousing partners to ensure timely delivery of goods. * Ensure compliance with UK import/export regulations and shipping requirements. * Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. Sales Support: * Handle sales orders, update records in CRM/ERP platforms, and track order progress. * Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and client documentation. * Collaborate with the sales team to align operations with customer requirements and schedules. * Assist with lead tracking, sales reporting, and administrative tasks for the sales team.
