You will: Lead pre- and post-contract cost management for projects or major packages. Establish budgets, procurement strategies and commercial reporting processes. Evaluate contractor estimates, changes and payment applications. Manage contingency, risk allowances and forecast final costs. Present clear commercial recommendations to clients and delivery teams. Guide junior cost consultants and review their deliverables. Your experience should include: Approximately 6-10 years in cost consultancy, quantity surveying or a comparable commercial role. Independent responsibility for complex construction projects. Strong negotiation, contract administration and client-management skills. Data centre or other technically demanding project experience.
