) for more information.**Job Summary** We are seeking a **Field Support Engineer** to join our dynamic and innovative team. For over 40 years, our software teams have been dedicated to delivering client-driven solutions and advancing technology in navigation, surveying, data processing, and simultaneous operations. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting our suite of software systems in offshore survey environments. The position offers significant opportunities for worldwide travel, primarily to vessels conducting seismic surveys. When not deployed in the field, you will provide office-based client support, assist with system commissioning and testing, and contribute to client training and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** **Qualifications** Proven **engineering experience**, ideally within a technical support or field engineering role. Practical experience with **Linux (including command line)** and **networking**. Strong **problem-solving** and **analytical skills**, with the ability to apply them to complex systems and processes. Excellent **communication** and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Ability to **work under pressure** and in demanding offshore operational environments. Knowledge of **data communications**, **basic electrical/electronic engineering**, or related disciplines.
