What is the role? Working closely with three different departments within the Virgo Health and Golin agency (the content design studio / conceptual creatives, and the data & strategy teams), along with the Studio Manager to manage resourcing and the smooth running of these departments. Ensuring that projects are scheduled efficiently, work is allocated correctly, and that projects are completed within time, budget and internal quality control processes are followed correctly. You will have excellent communication skills, be a natural organiser, forward planner and somebody who thrives under pressure and loves to multi-task and manage processes.
What will you be doing?
- Taking booking requests for our content studio consisting of 2D and 3D Motion Designers / Animators, Graphic Designers, Videographer and Photographer using our scheduling software.
- Checking RMT (an agency used resource tool) for scheduling hours for Creative and Data & Analytics team members.
- Running weekly and monthly reporting on RMT hours and flagging overservicing.
- Liaising with account teams throughout the lifespan of a project.
- Matching briefs to the correct skillset of the Designer / Creative.
- Delivering briefs and making sure everyone has the time needed to deliver a high standard of work.
- Checking on progress and flagging any issues to the account teams / Heads of departments / Studio Manager.
- Prioritising the most business-critical work.
- Working closely with the Studio Manager for the smooth running of all departments.
- Start to explore strategic resourcing and not simply adding in time with the next available creative.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role from agency background.
- Experience of working on fast-paced global accounts.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Financial management skills β budgeting, resourcing and account finance.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to flex communication style as necessary.
