We apply our work across a broad range of platforms, from social media to multi-channel integrated campaigns, creating award-winning creative.

What is the role?

Working in the design and content studio, you will get to create assets for some of the world’s largest brands across the healthcare, tech and consumer segments. This is a great opportunity for a designer looking for a varied role, due to the nature of the world of healthcare and wellness, the work is always different and across a broad range of media. From developing branding for a medical symposium to storyboarding a social animation to wire-framing a website to developing ground-breaking data visualisations, no day is the same.

What will you be doing?

  • Create excellent strategic big ideas that earn attention
  • Hone your storytelling skills to bring your ideas to life
  • Be able to successfully lead and direct a project from start to finish ensuring that all stakeholders are included
  • Know the latest technology and trends across design and delivery and share knowledge with the team
  • Conceptual ideation, everything from campaigns to theming an event
  • Day-to-day design and artworking, data visualisation development, infographic design, illustration, animation and video editing, front end digital/web design, presentation design and production, social asset creation (static and motion), branding (could be an event or campaign)
  • Alongside all the usual design jobs of image re-touching, stock image searches, icon drawing and internal work
  • Help your team prioritise their workload
  • Help troubleshoot and be solutions-focused
  • Drive a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Line manage junior team members
  • Review others’ work and provide clear direction on how content may be improved

What are we looking for?

  • A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related subject
  • Previous solid experience as a designer or senior designer in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a must) and PowerPoint
  • Experience of motion design and video production including use of Adobe Pr and Ae is a must
