Head of Operational Services (Insurance), London Eames is currently working closely with a Lloyd\’s syndicate on the appointment of a Head of Operational Services. We\’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking operational leader to shape and lead a newly created business support function. Reporting into the COO, this role sits at the centre of the company\’s operations and is instrumental in driving process consistency, supporting underwriting efficiency, and overseeing several critical central services. The Head of Operational Services will provide oversight and leadership across three core areas; Data Processing & Quality Assurance , Credit Control , and Third-Party Oversight & Resilience .
