What you'll be getting stuck into:
- Supporting and maintaining a joined‑up view of change activity across the enterprise portfolio.
- Turning portfolio data into clear, actionable insight that helps leaders make informed decisions.
- Highlighting risks, dependencies, trends and delivery challenges before they become bigger issues.
- Supporting governance forums and executive reporting, ensuring information is clear, timely and decision‑focused.
- Coordinating planning, performance, resource and delivery information across multiple initiatives.
- Helping evolve portfolio management tools, frameworks and ways of working as our capability continues to mature.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to drive transparency, alignment and portfolio performance.
What you'll bring:
- Strong PMO experience supporting complex portfolios, programmes or enterprise‑wide change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight and recommendations.
- Experience preparing reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders and leadership forums.
