You’ll be the person keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, providing seamless support to directors and teams across the business. From managing busy diaries to coordinating travel and meetings, you’ll make sure every day flows effortlessly. What you’ll be getting stuck into:
- Keep diaries running like clockwork, balancing priorities and making the most of everyone’s time
- Organise travel from start to finish – flights, hotels, visas and itineraries all covered
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, from agendas to follow‑ups
- Support internal and external visits, making sure everything is set up and ready to go
- Handle day‑to‑day admin, from expenses and invoices to general office support
- Be a key point of contact for queries, using your judgement to keep things moving
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar admin role in a busy environment
- Strong organisation skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
