We are looking for a Project Manager to take endâtoâend ownership of complex, consumerâfacing projects within Virgin Red. You will initially pick up ongoing work with one of our key retail partners, helping drive delivery forward while bringing structure, pace and clarity. You will work across digital, commercial and operational teams to ensure projects land on time, within scope and aligned to our strategy.

- Retail or loyalty industry experience would be ideal. We are hiring across digital and business transformation projects, so experience in either area would be beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Confidence working in evolving environments where processes and structures are still evolving.
- A blend of structured project management and practical agile delivery experience.
- The ability to create clarity, rhythm and control without relying on heavy process.
- Resilience, sound judgement and a calm head when priorities shift.
