We’re looking for a creative Content Producer to help bring the Virgin brand to life across our social channels, producing brilliant content from initial idea through to final edit while working with teams across the business to create work that feels fresh, relevant and unmistakably Virgin.

What you’ll be getting stuck into:

  • Produce engaging social‑first content from concept through to filming, editing and delivery across Virgin channels.
  • Bring ideas to the table by spotting emerging trends, cultural moments and platform behaviours before they hit the mainstream.
  • Create compelling short‑form video and social content that feels native to each platform and captures attention.
  • Work closely with brand, marketing, PR and social teams to plan, produce and deliver standout campaigns.
  • Manage multiple content projects at once, balancing creativity with organisation and keeping productions moving smoothly.
  • Use performance insights to continuously refine content, testing new formats, creators and creative approaches that help Virgin stand out.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience producing social‑first content for a brand, agency or your own successful content channels.
  • A brilliant eye for creative ideas, trends and storytelling, with a fresh perspective on what makes content people want to share.
  • Hands‑on production skills, from planning and filming through to editing polished social content.
  • Confidence using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar.
  • Great project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, curious attitude with the confidence to roll your sleeves up, challenge ideas and make things happen.
