You’ll work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams across the business, helping turn data into decisions and plans into progress. What you’ll be getting stuck into:
- Supporting and maintaining a joined-up view of change activity across the enterprise portfolio
- Turning portfolio data into clear, actionable insight that helps leaders make informed decisions
- Highlighting risks, dependencies, trends and delivery challenges before they become bigger issues
- Supporting governance forums and executive reporting, ensuring information is clear, timely and decision-focused
- Coordinating planning, performance, resource and delivery information across multiple initiatives
- Helping evolve portfolio management tools, frameworks and ways of working as our capability continues to mature
- Working with stakeholders across the business to drive transparency, alignment and portfolio performance
What you’ll bring:
- Strong PMO experience supporting complex portfolios, programmes or enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight and recommendations
- Experience preparing reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
- Confidence working autonomously, navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams and functions
- Curiosity, courage and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for better ways of doing things

The essentials: Salary: £56,000 – £64,000 + bonus - we’re big on transparency, so no smoke and mirrors here. We’ll always offer a salary that reflects your experience, with room to grow within the range. Where you’ll work: We come together in our London office 2 days a week - the rest is yours to work in your own space.
