Who we are and what we’re about: In a world where we’re bombarded with choice and everything feels interchangeable, at Virgin we’re here to dial up the feel factor – to give people unforgettable travel, leisure and entertainment experiences, with a dose of our signature rebel spirit. We’re about meaning not visibility; attraction not promotion; cultural aliveness, and little touches that make everyone feel like a VIP.
Virgin was built on bold bets. It’s in our DNA. Here at HQ, the question is: how do we make better bold bets? How can we disrupt smarter? How do we reach customers, in an increasingly agentic world – and leave them alone when they don’t want to hear from us? How do we give them more connected, personalised, rewarding experiences across every Virgin touchpoint? Which culturally aligned brands should we partner with, beyond the Virgin family? How well are we operating? Ultimately, how do we know we’re on track, in supercharging this iconic brand – and making the next chapter epic?
It’s a fun place to work in the data team... From Cx to corporate strategy, experimentation support to advanced models, we help others make better, faster decisions. We enable them to be the rockstars. That starts with our loyalty, investment and support teams here at HQ – and ripples out across our global partner network. Ecosystem building is a complex, creative, energising, exhausting mission!
