What you’ll be getting stuck into:

  • Work closely with engineers, architects and security teams to build scalable, reliable and cost-effective data platform capabilities.
  • Lead the development of data sharing, data exchange and marketplace capabilities that enable teams and partners to access data in smarter ways.

  • Experience delivering data marketplace, data exchange or data sharing capabilities at scale – this is a key differentiator for the role.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts including data pipelines, data modelling, platform architecture and integration patterns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.
  • A product mindset, with experience balancing long-term platform strategy alongside the immediate needs of the business.

The essentials:

  • Salary: £108,000 - £132,000 + bonus — we’re big on transparency, so no smoke and mirrors here. We’ll always offer a salary that reflects your experience, with room to grow within the range.
  • Where you’ll work: We come together in the office approx. 1-2 days a week — the rest is yours to work in your own space.

Bring your whole self. We welcome people from all walks of life, with all kinds of experiences and ways of thinking.
