Ready to turn numbers into real commercial impact? Weâre looking for a recently qualified Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a hands-on role where your analysis, modelling and insight will directly influence decisions across the business.

Youâll be right at the heart of our commercial finance team, helping us understand performance, shape decisions and drive profitable growth.
- Analyse and report on financial, business and membership performance, including key performance indicators.
- Build detailed commercial models for new initiatives and partnerships.
- Prepare business cases and âdeal sheetsâ to support new opportunities.
- Partner with teams across the business to challenge performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
- Create clear presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Get involved in ad hoc strategic projects that shape the future of Virgin Red.
What youâll need:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is fundamental, with at least 1 year post-qualification experience preferred.
- Experience working in a commercial finance function would be a plus.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including building business cases and commercial models.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, simple insights for non-finance teams.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
- You donât need to have worked in loyalty before. Commercial instinct and curiosity matter more.
Role type: Contract (15 months)
Location: London hub (approx. 1-2 days per week) & your home space
Salary: ÂŁ63,000 - ÂŁ65,000 plus bonus
