Responsibilities

This is a full-time, remote position supporting high-profile global clients. The role is based in England, UK.

The Health & Wellbeing Program Manager is a client-designated member of the Personify Health account team, responsible for international program management for designated global clients. This role blends the design and delivery of health engagement initiatives with proactive client relationship management, supporting international needs and collaborating across teams to drive engagement and best practice adoption. The Program Manager serves as a trusted advisor and advocate for Personify Health, working virtually across time zones to ensure program success. Occasional travel is expected at approximately 15%.

What You\’ll Actually Do

  • Serve as an international contact for designated clients, ensuring program alignment to client objectives across global populations.
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve comprehensive health and wellbeing strategies and programs, utilising project management skills and subject matter expertise.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on program performance and participant feedback, driving continuous quality improvement and supporting business reviews with actionable insights.
  • Track client health using Salesforce and lead regular data assessment and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and the face of wellbeing for designated clients internationally, guiding members to resources, customising engagement initiatives, and delivering platform demos to drive enrollment.
  • Build and support a culture of health by partnering with client leadership, internal groups, and vendor partners to identify opportunities and drive utilisation of health, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
  • Confidently work with global populations, adapting programs to meet diverse cultural needs and collaborating to share best practices.
  • Lead or participate in special projects as assigned, including initiatives to identify, document, and disseminate global best practices, uncover global insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client and account success.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

  • Bachelor’s degree in health promotion or other health related field such as public health, community health, nutrition, exercise physiology, etc…
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Workplace Health & Wellbeing or related field preferred
  • Public health related certification (ie: CHES, NWI, Chapman Institute, RSPH) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in fields related to health and wellbeing
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate environment preferred
  • Experience working with incentive programs; working knowledge of the Personify Health platform and systems/tools preferred
