As Senior Director, you will help grow Nationwide’s Health Social Care lending, focusing on real estate structured finance and ROE across the sector. You’ll lead origination through completion, securing high-quality clients while strengthening brand visibility in advisor and investor communities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative funding solutions and exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Support income and ROE growth across Health Social Care with emphasis on real estate structured lending
- Identify and secure high-quality customers; lead transactions from origination to completion
- Build networks with local and national advisors and investors to strengthen brand visibility
- Manage and support client relationships; ensure seamless onboarding and collaboration across the business
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver tailored funding solutions and excellent customer service
Key requirements
- Knowledge and passion for Health Social Care sector
- Experience in real estate and corporate/structured finance; familiarity with appraisal techniques and credit reporting
- Cash flow analysis skills; ability to read financial statements and cash flow cycles
- Proficiency in creating complex financial models in Excel; strong understanding of compliance and risk
- Strong networking, verbal and written communication to influence decision-making
- Relevant industry qualification such as Chartered Accountant or Chartered Banker
