Our Team

To help us achieve those we\’re seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to help us deliver transformational change. Youll be working within what is a fast-paced environment, where youll work on various projects that deliver technical and business change across (but not limited to) Fraud & Financial Crime, Mortgages, Data, Cyber and Payments.
What you\’ll be doing
- Working on a range of Projects that deliver business and technical change
- Leading the analysis work on one or more streams of activity within designated projects
- Providing support to other Business Analysts that you work with e.g. peer reviews, recommending appropriate techniques and offering guidance
- Working proactively and collaboratively with those around you, ensuring you provide estimates for your tasks, input into planning, timely progress updates, and input into Project risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions.
- Support the design and develop business processes and procedures at varying levels of detail tailored for the intended audience (Business, IT etc)
- Support the effective estimation, planning and management of business requirements activities.
- Providing requirements consultancy throughout the Project lifecycle ensuring that your delivery and test colleagues are supported in their understanding of what is required
We need you to have
- A strong track record of successfully leading on Business Analysis activities, using different methodologies and techniques gained by working on multiple projects
- Demonstrable experience of building relationships with stakeholders at various levels including engaging, challenging and managing expectations as you drive activity
- Knowledge of using Business Analysis tools such as Jira, Miro and Visio
- Experience of creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience of leading and facilitating workshops and meetings as you gather requirements and spark thoughts and debate
- Practical experience of creating detailed process maps
- Worked with business stakeholders to identify and assess the impacts of Project change.
- First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities and a can-do attitude to keep focussed on delivering the right business outcome.
Its a bonus if you have but not essential
- Recognised Business Analysis qualifications.
- Experience of working within Financial Services.
- Experience of working in Fraud or Financial Crime, Payments, Mortgages, Data or Cyber.
