We are the 1st Line of Defence Assurance Team, partnering with our COO business functions to deliver Risk & Control Testing, Mandatory Compliance Assessments and value-adding Assurance Reviews.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading on the planning, delivering and reporting of value adding Thematic, Compliance and Control Testing Reviews.
- Identifying meaningful non-compliances, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Deploying the most appropriate assessment methodology and testing techniques for the activity allocated.
- Providing detailed and objective substantiation for the findings you raise.
- Acting as a vital conduit for spreading best practice across the business.
- Using your skills and experience to make Virgin Money a safer and better organisation for our Customers and Colleagues

- Proven experience in delivery of Assurance Activities across a wide variation of disciplines, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
