Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls about potentially fraudulent activity and investigate payments to determine if fraud occurred
- Use strong questioning and fraud frameworks to assess risk and guide customer decisions
- Collaborate with other Fraud teams to stop money leaving member accounts
- Deliver excellent customer service in sensitive, high-pressure situations
- Make informed decisions with team support while acting in the best interests of customers
