Overview
You will lead regional agricultural client relationships, growing and protecting a portfolio to support farming sector growth within Nationwide.
Collaborate with the Agricultural Sector Leadership Team to identify opportunities, balance growth with risk, and promote best practices.
You’ll travel across your region to meet customers and attend quarterly collaboration events.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow an existing regional portfolio of agricultural business
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand market presence and income in the region
- Collaborate with Sector Leadership Team to evaluate opportunities for new and existing customers
- Promote best practice and align offerings with market needs
- Ensure adherence to risk appetite and manage risk and compliance to minimise bad debts
- Travel to meet customers across the region and participate in quarterly collaboration events at office sites

- Passion for and experience in the UK agricultural market
- Exceptional communication to build lasting relationships with agriculture customers
- Strong analytical skills including Excel financial modelling and ability to interpret financial statements
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
