As a Product Manager, you'll step into an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Savings Product team within the wider Group Retail Products function. You'll play a central role in shaping and managing savings products that help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional value.
With proven product management experience gained within the banking industry, ideally managing savings or other financial products, you'll bring the expertise needed to drive meaningful impact from day one. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from developing new propositions and bringing them to market through to monitoring performance and ensuring consistently positive customer outcomes.
Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to influence decisions, collaborate effectively across the business, and champion great customer outcomes. You’ll also play a key part in driving trading performance and leading initiatives that support the continued growth of our savings book.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 21 and 35 hours. At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working.
For this job, you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part‑time, you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, Northampton or London office.
