The Websites Team is responsible for all aspects of the Nationwide website estate. Our purpose is to ensure customers receive a simply brilliant experience every time they interact with us online.
As the Campaign & Integration Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating and ensuring the delivery of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with teams across Group Customer & Communications, Product and external partners to ensure campaigns are insight-led, consistent and aligned to business objectives.
- Campaign Delivery: You’ll coordinate and deliver high-profile campaigns, ensuring they land seamlessly across our website and digital journeys. You’ll act as the central point of coordination, ensuring messaging, creative and customer experience are aligned end-to-end.
- Integration Leadership: You’ll lead the development of optimal online journeys as part of the Virgin Money integration, ensuring customers experience a smooth, intuitive and consistent transition.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity. At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office.
