We are looking for a Development Lead, who can join us and be key to helping support and manage the delivery of the business information the business requires to grow and succeed.
What you\'ll be doing
- Leading and shaping the implementation of strategic BI tools, such as Databricks and Power BI, to drive enhanced reporting analytics across the organisation
- Building strong relationships to partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver great reporting solutions
- Analysing and creating new BI content to bring data to life and provide the answers for key business decisions
- Delivering BI in-line with the Reporting & Insight and overall data strategy
We need you to have
- Experience of working in a BI environment using Strategic BI Tools - for example Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to problem solve and find the best solutions.
- A real curiosity about data and latest BI tools, with a pro-active attitude to development and learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the constraints of using sensitive and confidential data
- Flexibility and proactivity with the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
