You’ll be joining the Mortgage Intermediary & Partnerships team within Group Mortgages. The team is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience for brokers across all Nationwide Group brands. In this role, you’ll define how brokers interact with Nationwide. Your work will influence strategy, product design, policy, digital journeys, and service operations.
You and your team will represent the intermediary perspective across the Society, ensuring that changes – whether commercial, operational, or technical – reflect broker needs and support our mortgage growth plans. You’ll lead improvements that make it easier for brokers to do business with us, strengthen Nationwide’s competitive position, and contribute to better commercial performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
You’ll work with teams across the organisation to ensure the broker experience is a key consideration in how we design and deliver change. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working.

For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Bournemouth or Swindon office.
