We are looking for a Corporate Insurance Manager to join our Audit & Risk team. The role is pivotal in managing Virgin Media O2’s insurance programs, including end-to-end policy renewals across 17 policies, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring coverage aligns with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Virgin Media O2’s insurance programs.
  • Lead end-to-end policy renewals for multiple commercial insurance lines.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure coverage aligns with business needs and contractual obligations.
  • Deliver clear and informative reporting on insurance performance.
  • Negotiate terms and manage compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple commercial insurance lines and policy renewals.
  • Strong understanding of insurance coverage terms, limitations, and contractual obligations.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with confidence in influencing at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge of contractual and legal principles related to insurance.
  • Professional qualification (ACII or equivalent).
  • Experience in claims management or investigation coordination.
  • Familiarity with insurer audits and risk assessments.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and employing technology.
  • Exposure to large, sophisticated organisations or regulated environments.
