We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help shape and deliver our most important ecosystem and new venture partnerships across Devices and Services. This high-impact role works with leading global technology and media partners to unlock commercial value, drive innovation and build differentiated customer propositions that support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partners and turn partnership strategy into tangible results, from joint business planning and negotiations through to go-to-market delivery and performance management.
  • Act as a senior commercial interface, influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels and ensuring alignment between partner roadmaps and our business priorities while championing customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners across devices and services to identify opportunities and deliver on commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management or commercial roles within telecoms, devices or consumer technology.
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-value strategic partners with strong commercial impact.
  • Strong financial and P&L management experience including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
  • Experience operating at both strategic and operational levels within large, matrix organisations.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills with strong communication capability.
  • Experience working with global OEMs or device and platform partners.
  • Understanding of device ecosystems, go-to-market models and product lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to supply chain, forecasting and launch execution in device-led environments.
  • Experience delivering co-marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Knowledge of UK or European telecoms markets and emerging innovation areas such as IoT or AI.
