You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is - but this role is so much more than that. It's about connecting people with what matters most. You'll be out and about, traveling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same: one day you could be installing cutting‑edge broadband in a customer's home; the next, you’re troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online. You'll enjoy the freedom of working outside and get to experience real job progression—and the best part? You'll only be working 4 days out of 7 each week.

- Quickly resolve technical issues, keeping customers connected to what matters most.
- Provide exceptional service that leaves each customer satisfied and smiling.
- Work independently while having the backing of a supportive team.
Qualifications
- UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Market‑leading maternity, paternity, neonatal and carers leave policies.
- 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays, your birthday off, and the option to buy and sell up to five extra days.
- 4‑day working week: after training, you’ll work 37.5 hours across 4 days (Monday to Saturday), with shifts ranging between 7.5 and 10 hours.
- Up to 10% employer pension contributions and life insurance.
