As a Test Analyst – Core Voice Services, you will play a vital role in keeping our voice network reliable, resilient and ready for change. Working at the heart of our Core Test‑Lab, you will help ensure that new software and platform upgrades are thoroughly validated before they reach our live network, protecting customer experience and service stability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on testing with collaboration across technical and delivery teams. We are ideally looking for candidates experienced with Ericsson voice and communication services.

Responsibilities

  • Experience planning, executing and recording element acceptance testing in a telecoms environment
  • Understanding of cellular networks and networking principles, including IMS and mobile core technologies
  • Ability to investigate faults during testing and support issues through to resolution
  • Experience working with vendors and internal teams to support software delivery and release activity
  • Hands‑on experience with network, signalling or protocol monitoring tools such as Empirix
  • Experience supporting first office application of releases into live networks
  • Exposure to change and release processes, including CRQs
  • Experience building or maintaining test‑bed or lab environments
  • Strong documentation skills for test strategies, test cases and results
  • Background working within core voice or circuit core network teams
