As a Regional Coordinator, you will manage 3rd‑party supplier orders throughout the provisioning life cycle, handling day‑to‑day issues, problems and queries as they arise, and ensuring service delivery to meet customer expectations and provisioning targets. The Regional Coordinator will effectively communicate order progression updates to customers and partners, provide first‑class customer service, track and update the system, maintain current notes, manage jeopardy of orders, and flag issues to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 3rd‑party supplier orders throughout the provisioning lifecycle.
  • Handle day‑to‑day issues, problems and queries that arise.
  • Ensure customer expectations and provisioning targets are met.
  • Communicate order progression updates to customers and partners.
  • Deliver first‑class customer service internally and externally.
  • Track and update the appropriate system to maintain up‑to‑date notes.
  • Manage jeopardy of orders in the work stack.
  • Call out issues to guarantee successful delivery of orders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer‑focused role with a demonstrable understanding of excellent customer service.
  • Competence in Excel due to reporting requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present on calls with external partners and deliver information to diverse audiences.
  • Methodical with high attention to detail.
  • Experience prioritising varied workloads, using excellent organisational skills; resilience and the ability to challenge partners constructively.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and construction beneficial.
  • Understanding of root‑cause/trend analysis.
