Responsibilities

  • Create sales orders on ERP system (Oracle/SAP).
  • Maintain/manage the sales order lifecycle, including general housekeeping of orders to ensure quality checks are made and shipping dates align with build plans.
  • Process and arrange return requests for customer returns and faulty goods.
  • Deal with queries from internal customers relating to their orders, e.g. estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and escalation routes.
  • Handle and resolve escalations where required.
  • Order entry on the Trader Support Service portal to create and submit declarations which provide data to the government about the materials shipping to Northern Ireland.
