Responsibilities
- Create sales orders on ERP system (Oracle/SAP).
- Maintain/manage the sales order lifecycle, including general housekeeping of orders to ensure quality checks are made and shipping dates align with build plans.
- Process and arrange return requests for customer returns and faulty goods.
- Deal with queries from internal customers relating to their orders, e.g. estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and escalation routes.
- Handle and resolve escalations where required.
- Order entry on the Trader Support Service portal to create and submit declarations which provide data to the government about the materials shipping to Northern Ireland.

The Fulfilment Specialist will be self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
