You'll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same. We'll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You'll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.

  • Market-leading maternity, paternity, neonatal, and carers leave policies.
  • 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell up to 5 extra days.
  • A 4-day working week - After training, you'll work 37.5 hours across just 4 days (Monday to Saturday), with shifts ranging between 7.5 and 10 hours.
