We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join Virgin Media O2, supporting our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this pivotal role, you’ll provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CTO, while also collaborating with the wider division to drive efficiency and success., As a key liaison for internal stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a vital role in fostering meaningful connections and ensuring seamless communication. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing change with adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven track record of providing high-level support to senior executives, ideally at the C-suite level.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Expertise in managing complex and frequently changing schedules with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Strong ability to ensure all appointments and commitments are accurately prioritised and met on time.

  • Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Skilled at building effective working relationships and contributing as a collaborative team member.

  • Outstanding organisational abilities, with a talent for prioritisation and sound decision-making.

  • Demonstrated capacity to handle highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Willingness and capability to travel between Virgin Media UK offices as needed.
