As a valued member of the Virgin Media O2 crew, you are invited to apply for a pivotal leadership role in shaping the digital product experience across MyVMO2. The role involves end‑to‑end product vision for app and web, including platform capability, identity and authentication, and in‑life help journeys. You will lead a team of Senior Product Owners, set direction across multiple squads, drive delivery against clear priorities, and embed a strong culture of data‑led decision making, experimentation, and continuous improvement. The role requires interaction with senior stakeholders across Technology, Design, Data and Commercial to influence investment, balance priorities, and deliver meaningful business and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own a large scale digital product portfolio with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Lead multiple cross‑functional agile squads across app and web at scale, with full accountability for performance beyond launch.
- Shape and execute outcome‑led product strategy within complex, matrix organisations.
- Embed data, metrics and experimentation as core to product decision‑making and team performance.
- Lead and develop senior Product Owners, guiding teams through significant organisational and strategic change.
- Translate strategy into clear, prioritised roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in an equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record leading multiple cross‑functional agile squads across app and web at scale.
- Extensive experience shaping and executing outcome‑led product strategy in complex, matrix organisations.
- Deep expertise in embedding data, metrics and experimentation.
- Strong people leadership experience, including developing senior Product Owners and leading teams through organisational and strategic change.
- Experience within digital account management, identity and authentication or in‑life customer journeys.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence of senior commercial or operational leaders.
- Passion for customer‑centric, product‑led ways of working.
